Train in the privacy of Michelle’s newly renovated studio space, fully equipped with everything necessary to get you to your goal. Specializing in Pre and Post Natal Personal Training and Weight Loss Michelle caters to women between the ages of 18-65. Also knowledgeable in training women in sport conditioning, fitness competition and some minor rehabilitation work. This program incorporates a nutrition program and recommended vitamin regime designed and catered towards your personal goals.
